Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size chart. You can also see our women's size chart, men's size chart and bootcut size chart. If you're between sizes, email your height and usual size to customercare@enwinz.com and we'll help you choose.
Can I buy the top and pants in different sizes?
Yes. Our scrub tops and scrub pants are also sold separately, so you can mix sizes. Buying the matching set saves you money.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD within Canada and over $120 USD to the United States. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within Canada then takes about 2–7 business days. US delivery times are shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Will I pay duties or taxes on US orders?
No surprise fees. US orders ship from Canada, and duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email customercare@enwinz.com right away. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging. Final sale items can't be returned. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
Are returns free?
Canada: yes, return shipping is free for customers in Canada.
United States: return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll fix it at no cost to you, wherever you are.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use our returns page, or email customercare@enwinz.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send it.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Do you offer team or clinic orders?
Yes. We supply clinics, hospitals and healthcare teams, with bulk pricing and custom logo embroidery. Visit our team orders page for a quote.
