Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as final sale items. Please contact us for any specific questions about your product’s eligibility for return.  To initiate a return, please send an email with your order number to customercare@enwinz.com. Use the subject line: 'Return Request - Order [Your Order Number]'

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Timelines
Once your return is approved and the return label is issued, the item must be shipped and received by us within 14 calendar days from the date the return label is issued to qualify for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
